• Financial Transaction Records: Five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required under the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Gaming Activity Records: Three (3) years from the date of the gaming session, or longer where required for active dispute resolution.
• Customer Support Communications: Three (3) years from the date of the communication, or until the related matter is fully resolved.

If okbk8 becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from an underage individual, that data will be deleted promptly and the associated account will be closed. Any real-money deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the payment source where possible.

okbk8 reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or operational requirements. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version was last updated.
