01 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "okbk8," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the platform accessible at okbk8.bio and all associated services.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the okbk8 platform or who accesses okbk8 services.
• "Platform" means the okbk8 website, mobile-optimized site, and any related services, games, tools, and features made available by okbk8.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the okbk8 Platform.
• "Wallet" means the electronic balance held within a Player's okbk8 Account representing real-money funds available for gaming.

02 Acceptance of Terms

Each person is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

okbk8 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons and without liability.

04 Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming obligations, okbk8 requires all players to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. The KYC process requires submission of:

• A clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID — accepted documents include UMID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID.
• Proof of address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months, where applicable.

05 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

okbk8 will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purportedly from okbk8 requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You must notify okbk8 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any suspected security breach. okbk8 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials or from your sharing of credentials with a third party.

okbk8 reserves the right to suspend an Account immediately upon detection of suspected unauthorized access, pending investigation.

06 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

okbk8 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven, and USDT TRC20. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

All funds deposited into your okbk8 Wallet must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the player's own name matching their okbk8 account registration.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be met before real-money funds augmented by Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.

• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers may take up to one to three banking days.

okbk8 does not charge processing fees on GCash withdrawals above ₱500. Other methods may have applicable third-party fees; these will be disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request where applicable.

07 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

okbk8 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered players. Each promotion is governed by its specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated per promotion.

• Players who have self-excluded or have active deposit limits may have restricted access to certain promotional offers.

08 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the okbk8 Platform are supplied by licensed third-party gaming studios and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer physical equipment, as applicable to the game type. Each game has individual rules accessible within the game interface.

• Money laundering — using okbk8 as a conduit to launder proceeds of illegal activity.
• Fraud — providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or conducting unauthorized transactions.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the okbk8 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbk8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

okbk8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your Account Wallet at the time the claim arises.

okbk8 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses caused by platform unavailability, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or government-ordered disruptions.

Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: By using the okbk8 Platform you acknowledge and accept that gambling involves inherent financial risk. Past wins do not guarantee future results. You must only gamble with funds you can comfortably afford to lose.

12 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

13 Account Closure and Termination

okbk8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and okbk8 via the written dispute process initiated by contacting [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of formal written notice, the parties may pursue resolution through appropriate legal channels under Philippine jurisdiction.

okbk8 is committed to resolving all player disputes in a fair and timely manner. Players who are not satisfied with okbk8's final position on a dispute are encouraged to seek independent advice from a licensed consumer rights body.

16 Amendments to These Terms

okbk8 reserves the right to revise, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
